You need to get to advanced tools (go to the wrench on the front screen and choose advanced tools) then go to the flip where you want to enlarge, then you go to the tool menu thing, look where it says a 3 (above the pen tools) and tap it. Then you hold L (or R for lefties) and you will see a button that says, "Resize" and it should work, just tap and boom.
