No, there is no code for leveling up on Moshi Monsters. You can not level up any faster than anyone else. Moshi Monsters only allows you to earn a certain number of points each day to keep the game fair for everyone. Play with your monster. Keep your monster feeling well. Feed your monster. Earn points playing the Daily Challenge Puzzle. Earn points playing the puzzles. Earn points playing the mini games. Earn points by decorating your room. Complete Quests to earn Experience points.

Unfortunately, you can't earn points via surveys, but you can earn points by referring people. You get 20% of the points they earn, eg if you refer Person1 and they earn 100 points, you get 20 points.
You cannot earn Nintendo Points. You have to BUY them with your own money.
