You have to throw a pokeball at the Pokemon you want to catch and the second the pokeball hits the Pokemon press Up + A at the same time, and if you pressed them at the right time it should roll and then catch the Pokemon. But it HAS to be a pokeball, you can't use an ultra ball or anything. Trust me this does really work i caught rayquazza and it had only lost a tiny bit of health!
