What you need to do is get the green puffle out and go to the Dock and look around for the paper boat then click on it, the green puffle should now fly out and get it.

The second paper boat is outside the light house do the same thing to get the second paper boat.

The third paper boat is at the ice berg so go there with your map and do the same thing.
