To do the lvl 256 its very complicated.
First you will need 2, 2!!!! gold member ships
2nd go into a xboxlive game mode and whatever guy u want to have the 256s u hit b when the timer says 2
3rd do it 1 more time
4 get rid of the other character

Well idk if u get to keep all the weapons but i know that the 256 glicher's r going to be reset to level 1 anyways. as for keeping all the weapons i would guess at yes, since the weapons are saved you should be able to keep them. hope this helps :)
