You have to have unlocked Wario for this otherwise it is impossible. Go into Big Boo's Haunt, and go into the little building near where you start and through the simple series of doors into the basement. Then, go up to the black brick and punch it. You will see the switch underneath it. Step on it and run quickly to get the star, as it goes fairly quickly. Get the star and you are finished. Result!
