(I'm answering for NWN1) Go into your hard-drive (in my computer) /C:NeverwinterNights/NWN
Just in case you don't know computer scripts-
Go into C Drive, My one is marked Fense's Lair (C:), All computers will have it (C:).
Go into NeverwinterNights, then NWN, Then look for Modules (Its listed Alphabetically).
Finally go into Modules, Delete the files that have the names, sometimes they make backups for the modules, so delete them also.

All prestige classes have requirements. For example, Dragon Discipline requires you to have levels of either bard or sorcerer, as well as a few other things. When you've reached all requirements and level up, the prestige class becomes "unlocked".
The installation key is the code you need to install the game, it is typically printed on the back of the manual, or on the inside of the DVD case. If you've got the Steam edition, the installation key can be found on the right hand menu, when you are on the NWN2 page of your game library.
