No, no mob will kill chicken but Players. The only neutral mobs that will kill passive mobs are wolfs --> sheep.
There are only non-aggressive mobs when you are on peaceful.
The only mob that can spawn in water is currently a squid.
he cant be spawned in peaceful mode only the mode with mobs :)
Get two mobs of the same kind together in a pen and feed them wheat. Hearts come out and they start bouncing each other and then there's baby mobs. Note you can only do this with passive mobs so you can't go around making baby creepers lol. For hostile mobs make a room without any light in there so they can spawn, and every now and again go in there and kill them
Passive mobs need light to spawn, and they only spawn on grass. If the aggressive mobs are spawning, then it must be night and the passive mobs will only spawn near torches, pumpkins, glowstone, etc. However, Notch MAY have fixed this in 1.6, but I'm not sure.
Yes. There is a way of make Mobs only spawnable through eggs without automatic spawning.
If you mean by mob egg-type things, you can't. Only darkness can cause mobs to spawn.

Minecraft is a very peaceful game; with the exception of mobs (monsters) who you will only have to deal with at night, or even problem players such as griefers and trolls encountered during multiplayer, it's overall a very peaceful and pleasant experience.

No there are no hacks in WoW at all, let alone one to let you tame any mob. The only mobs in WoW that are tameable are beast type mobs and only hunters can tame them.
