1. defeat the CJ to get a cog summon
2. open your book
3. go to cog gallery
4. then you should see a circle next to the cog
5. click the circle
6. then you have a choice of...
summon cog, summon invasion or summon building.
7. click summon building for a building (but you need to be in a street and you must be in front of a toon building)
8. then you should hear the cog building coming down on top of it, and your done!

Okay, here's how it works: A cog (of any type) will randomly walk off the street into any toon building (you usually won't actually see this happen). If you try to go in it, it would say "Careful, there's a cog in there!" and whatever kind of cog it is (Cashbot/Sellbot/Lawbot/Bossbot) it will be that kind of cog building. For example, if a Two-Face (Sellbot) walks into a toon building, the taken over building would be a sellbot building. Hope that helped!
