How do you craft a door in minecraft?

Go into your workbench and take out 6 wooden planks. And put the wooden planks like this. Say this is the workbench. [W=Wooden Plank] [B= Blank]

You need 6 of either wooden planks or iron ingots (remember that iron doors can only be opened with a lever, button, etc, while wooden doors can also be opened by hitting them). Craft it like this:(using a crafting table made like this l (W= Wood)) V

W = Wooden planks / iron ingot

N = Nothing
