to transform to any character the ps2 will show u to use the down arrow and E, which in turn means the down arrow and the O button at the same exact time. different transformations depend on what level your Ki is at. for instance with goku, if ur Ki is full and u have the ability for ssj4 that's wat u will turn into but if its less then full, say 4 bars of ki u would get ssj2.
