For outfits, in your bag right-click it and it should automatically equip. If you want to change your class outfit, push "k" and go to change class. On the side of each class there should be buttons that says "1" , "2" , "3" and so on. Clicking on each one should give you a variety of each class outfit. The only thing is that each class outfit needs to be unlocked. So make sure you reach the minimum level first before selecting it.
