The only way you can change it is by having a new user and signing up for playstation network and creating new online account but you will need to have a new email address. (p.s. you will lose all your game data if you start a new account as all your data will only be saved under that user. You will still have all photos, music and videos though).
Your data from the other user account will not be lost. You can simply copy all your gave save to the other account.
Once you choose it you cant change it unless you make another profile
well, you can if you change your e-mail address to something else (you would need to know the password) then i think you can change it.
