Click onto the character picture of toddler and then you can either click on the mirror and change their hair, makeup or click onto the wardrobe and change their clothes. You cant change their exact looks like eye shape etc. Hope this helped!

To change a toddlers clothes you first have to go out and buy a new suit. The when you get home you get a teenager or an adult sim to change them. While being the older sim you click on the baby change table that can be bought in buy mode- miscellaneous- children and you pick the box that says something like: plan _______'s everyday.
