Okay, you can change everyone's lifespan first of all. Anywho, first go to the three dots (options menu) then go to Options. Click on the 4th little window, (the sim icon) 'Game options'. And there you go! You can change anyone's lifespan. Dogs, horses, cats, & sims. :)

Sorry, you can't. if you get your Sim pregnant their hair briefly changes for 12 hours. in the Sim creator look at all the styles and colors carefully. if you want to change your hair because you aged, go to the town hall and one of the options may be "edit my Sim". you can only do this if you aged and havent done it yet.

I am only answering for Sims 2 on PC because I haven't ever played the others. Babies don't wear clothes. They are dressed in only a white nappie. To change a toddlers clothes you first have to go out and buy a new suit. The when you get home you get a teenager or an adult sim to change them. While being the older sim you click on the baby change table that can be bought in buy mode- miscellaneous- children and you pick the box that says something like: plan _______'s everyday.
