Work hard and then you'll receive a career reward - Dr. Vu's Automated Cosmetic Surgeon. Be sure you have at least golden aspiration level to avoid failure (if it happens just try again). You could have a baby but with no cycle a random baby would just appear. Also, you can choose any face with any hair, and change it later, as well as wearing makeup and jewlery.
