Work hard and then you'll receive a career reward - Dr. Vu's Automated Cosmetic Surgeon. Be sure you have at least golden aspiration level to avoid failure (if it happens just try again). OR you can also use cheat. Press ctrl+shift+c and type "unlockcareerrewards", then choose Dr. Vu's Automated Cosmetic Surgeon and locate somewhere on a lot. Use and enjoy.

Sims 2 has better graphics and gameplay options than the original Sims.Thats true but the difference is that The Sims is the first game and the Sims 2 is the second, and the fact that in the Sims, you could not have cars, get married, or become pregnant. You could have a baby but with no cycle a random baby would just appear. Also, you can choose any face with any hair, and change it later, as well as wearing makeup and jewlery.
