First of all, you have to go to the battle frontier. (which you gain access to after defeating the Pokemon league.) Then talk to an old lady and she says something about a tree moving. Go to the tree and water it. It will attack you revealing it's really a sudowoodo. The suggestions for sudowoodo catching would be using a beldum, metand, or metagross that knows fighting moves, but its under level 40. Use an ultra ball for sure catching rate, too. After beating the Elite Four, There will be battle frontier. Get walmer pail from the flower shop near the petaburg Fortress. Talk to the the ladies in the flower shop. One of them will give you a Walmer Pail. Now go to the Battle Frontier and Go to the Very bottom of the battle frotnier where I think the battle palace is. There will be a old lady. She will say there is a strange tree ahead. Keep going down and turn until you find the strange tree. Press A and use Walmer Pail then you'll be fighting Sudowoodo at level 20 or 40.
