I heard it can be found at Granite Cafe in Dewford, well, although you need to have a Mach Bike.
After you enter the first stair down, you need to walk straight. There, you can see a somewhat muddy ledges, different from the others. Wear you Mach Bike, and ride it, crossing the muddy ledges. Then, you have some chances to get Nosepass, as a wild pokemon of course.
you catch nosepass at mt. coronet
Nosepass is a swarm Pokemon on Pokemon diamond
you catch it in granite cave
On the Pokemon Emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire games; there is no evolution for Nosepass. It comes in the Pearl, Diamond, and Platinum games. Hope this helps.
Wild Nosepass can occasionally be found in the Granite Cave by smashing rocks (via HM06) in both Ruby and Sapphire. Too bad you can't just swipe Roxanne's; that'd be a lot more fun.
no because nosepass is from ruby Sapphire emerald though you could make a hack of the game with all 493 Pokemon
Nosepass doesn't evolve in Ruby, sorry.
You cannot evolve Nosepass in Pokemon Ruby, Sapphire, or Emerald.

Nosepass is a swarm Pokemon on Pokemon diamond
of course you can
Look, it's a little complicated but I can explain it. You can find Nosepass in Granite Cave, basement 2. But, the only way to find it there, is kinda complicated. Anyway, when you use Rock Smash, to smash a rock, doesn't sometimes a Pokemon appear? In Granite Cave, Basement 2, use Rock Smash on rocks and maybe, you'll see Nosepass. Its Capture Rate is 225% so that means you can catch Nosepass very easily. Unfortunately, I don't know Nosepass' Rarity, so you can know how often it will appear. Hope I helped anyway :)

You can find nosepass in granite cave very rare though.
Go to Granite cave and use rock smash on the rocks in there. There is a small chance that you'll get a nosepass
On the Pokemon Emerald, Ruby, and Sapphire games; there is no evolution for Nosepass. It comes in the Pearl, Diamond, and Platinum games. Hope this helps.
Go to Granite Cave (Basement 2). You'll need Surf (and the ability to use it outside of battle) to get there. In the deeper levels, you'll need Flash to see more of the cave. Use Rock Smash to find Nosepass. Good luck!
