You need to meet Greg at the end of the pier. He should be there between 7 and 10 PM from Thursday to Saturday. Go there with an empty spot in your rucksack for tools and he'll give you his fishing rod. Press the square button to cast and hold it down to fish. Release the button toreel in when your character starts to shake and you'll pull up a fish or a piece of trash depending on your concious. Put the fish you get in the fish pond by your house and then all you have to do is to throw in some fish food everyday and congratulations, you're a fish breeder.
