if you mean ampharos then just level up your marrep until 15 the n it will evolve into flaffy then to 30 then it will become ampharos. if you mean Amphy in the light house then you surf to cianwood city on routes 40/41 then you go into the pharmacy and talk tpo the guy and get the secretpotion to giveto Amphy.

I love doing this in HG/SS. x3If you have your Ampharos following you around (i named mine Alister :D) and go up to Amphy, make sure your Amph is standing next to Amphy.Now, several things can happen when your talk to your ampharos, but nothing really special. I like to think that your Ampharos has a crush on Amphy, because of the way it acts eratically around Amphy. But that's just me, im a romance freak. xD
