On a Wednesday, tune your pokégear into "DJ Ben", then while it is playing in the background. Run around Mt. Silver (I found Absol in the snowy-part) and after a while it should appear, but if you wanna get it really quick instead of having to beat EVERY gym leader in Pokemon HeartGold, go to the Dark Cave next to Blackthorn City (go down to route 45) and play "DJ Ben" while in the cave (don't worry about using the TM Flash, you can just run around in front of the entrance) and you can easily catch a new Absol! You have to migrate it from ruby, leaf green, fire red, emerald, sapphire. The date has to be wednesday, so when its wednnesday put the radio on to Bens channel then go to the dark cave near Blackthorn city (Or any other dark cave)
make sure it's a Thursday then use the Ben radio in a cave then you'll find an Absol
