On a Wednesday, tune your pokégear into "DJ Ben", then while it is playing in the background. Run around Mt. Silver (I found Absol in the snowy-part) and after a while it should appear, but if you wanna get it really quick instead of having to beat EVERY gym leader in Pokemon HeartGold, go to the Dark Cave next to Blackthorn City (go down to route 45) and play "DJ Ben" while in the cave (don't worry about using the TM Flash, you can just run around in front of the entrance) and you can easily catch a new Absol!
