step 1. finish the game ( beat the chapion then get natinal pokedex) step 2. try to get the pokerader ( you get it as a gift with the natinal dex) step 3. fly or ride your bike to Solcone townor Hearthome then ride your bike to route 110 ( note NOT TALL GRASS ONLY LITTLE LIGHT GREEN GRASS for next step) step 4. get the Pokemon rader and use it step 5. warning you might get Miltank Miltank and Tauros are rare 6% so don't lose your temper :D have fun
