Kangaskhan is found exclusively in the Safari Zone. When it appears, try throwing some bait then hit it with a stone. Do this for 3 times. If the Pokemon didn't run, try throwing a Safari ball and you will have a high chance to catch it. Remember not to throw 2 rocks consecutively cos it will run.
