Actually, Zoroark (and it's pre-evo form, Zorua), are introduced in the Black/White versions. You can only catch them if you have the event Celebi (for zorua)(obtained from pre-ordering the 13th movie) and one of the shiny beasts (also called crown beasts, ENTEI/Suicune/Raiku, obtained from pre-ordering tickets to Pokemon movie no13).
