To make the place festive, turn on your TVs and your radios. The buffet table and cake is available in "games" in "outdoor" in "buy". Cake is also available from the grocery store. Pizza is ordered by service. Open your sim's inventory and click on the phone, then click "call for services", and when the menu pops up, choose "pizza delivery". TVs and radios are available from "living room" in "buy".
