The White Apricorns are found, as usual, on Apricorn Trees. There is a White Apricorn Tree outside Kurt's House (The Pokeball Creator). If you are really impatient, you can go to the Pokeathlon Dome and exchange points for it at the counter to the left of the stadium entrance. Hope this helped!!
