There will be three choices there, 1 month, 6 months, and 12 months. Choose the 6 month option and enter in the requested information. Note, you will need a credit card to become a 6 month member.
Or you can purchase a Moshi Monster Time Card at various stores and enter the code on that card for a 6 month membership.
