Ok, it's a little hard to the trick, but once you figure it out, this boss is quite simple to beat. All you have to do is run to the opposite corner of the room from "Windy Pants", wait until he...erm....'fires' his flatulence. Then you stay where you are, and blow into the microphone when the little cloudlike icon appears. If you are aimed correctly, this will momentarily stun him, and you can run in and attack, to cut his health by about 1/4. You can also attack him after he sort of flies at you and hits a wall, but I would not personally reccomend it, as this is far more difficult.
