well, if i remember correctly, hes light surge eh? i would stay away from squirtle or any of those water starters. y'know there's a cave called diglet cave over out of vermillion that has diglets from lvl 25-29 and dugtrios lvl 29-35 i think. they are ground so they pwn electric Pokemon
