the same way in all the other games. the best way is to get a strong water type like kyogre swampert or tentacruel. i no tentacruel sounds bad he iz actually very good with this move set.hydro pump he learns ice beam on abondened ship costs 90000.sludge bomb from dewford.dive jus a hm but id teach him surf as it is stronger. the best is probably swampert with hm surf. he pwnzz the lot easily with that but it is not affective against glacia.ohh and try ghalie evolves from snorunt at lv42. train or do nthe day care trick until he has reached lv65. at this level he has.sheer cold 1 hit KO that move iz awsum.blizzard and ice beam and hail.hail is not that effective.keep grass type away from water type.giga drain is does very bad damage to water type. j2 agen c u guys l8tr n i hope i helped

Answer: u can catch a Rayquaza at Sky pillar or keep battling them until your Pokemon are strong and have good moves. I know cause I beat all the regions :)
