other way: get a semi-auto sniper rifle and shoot the 2 downstairs quikly before they can shoot the hostage, no need to worry for the one upstairs.

Okay, It is pretty tricky, but all you have to do is shoot the box on the right side, then, shoot the stick figure who walks out in the legs. The building to the left will open up, shoot the box to the right (it's black) QUICKLY. And then you have beat the level
