Wizard 101 is not like most MMO's. Meaning that there are NO cheats whatsoever that will give you a free house or something else big like that. Skipping a world would be considered something VERY big. BUT if you aren't looking for cheat codes, then all I can tell you is to follow the main story line of quests. You'll start by talking to Sergeant Major Talbot at The Oasis and follow the quests from there. Also if you are looking for a little extra cash and exp, I would recommend trying out a few side quests.
