It is super Easy if you are at lv 10-12. Get Cold Blood(Skill) and Pyroblast(Spell). You MUST have both of them to defeat Fagnus. Use Cold Blood and use Pyroblast, you must have a lot of armor and hp or less then 3 round you die and start over. Use Cold Blood, then use Pyroblast, wait for 3 rounds to cast the spell the damage will be like 800-1500 damage. And Fagnus's hp is like 500-800. So one move and you defeated him. That's how I defeat Fagnus.
