Well, you should need to have beaten all of the gyms, Elite 4s and N and Ghetsis. If that is what you are asking, then this is how to beat the Elites:

Psychic-Gothitelle(Use Dark/Ghost)
Ghost-Chandelure(Use GROUND Move!)
Fight-Mienshao(Flying you should use)
Dark-Not Sure! (Use Ghost?)
