Ok, this is a true question, but I do know how to do it.
1. Download a texture pack
2. If you're on Windows XP, Click "Run" then type %appdata%. Do the same on Windows 7.
3. Open your .minecraft file.
4. Go to "texturepacks"
5. Drag the (.rar or .zip) file to the folder.
(Optional!)6. Use MCPatcher if your texture pack is above 16x16.
Texture packs are absolutly free, just search minecraft texture packs, and you can download one.
You mod it, or be smart and just buy the pc edition.
They each have different options to them and the PC games have expansion packs where you can add on different things to the Sims game whereas the Sims 3 Wii does not have any expansion packs.

Yes all of these are free. when downloading them you may have to wait a few seconds on a website such as adfly, this gives the texture pack makers a little revenue but the texture packs themselves are free for anyone to download.
He is only in if you add him by a mod, there are many.
There are a few reasons this could have happened. First of all, you need to make sure it is an SD texture back. (16x16) If it is any higher than this, you have an HD texture pack, and unless you patch your minecraft, there is no way you are going to use an HD texture pack. What you need to do is download a program called MC Patcher. I'll have the link on the bottom. You need to make sure you have a fresh minecraft.jar and bin. To do this you will have to delete your .minecraft folder and then run minecraft. If you want to save the levels you are working on go to/roaming/.minecraft/saves if you are on a PC. For mac it is Library/ApplicationSupport/minecraft/saves. Drag the saves onto your desktop or wherever before you delete the .minecraft and replace it after. Then open MC Patcher and click the patch button at the bottom and drag your texture pack (make sure it ends in .zip) into your texture packs folder. It should work fine if on a PC. If you are on a mac you may experience different results. I hope this worked, if it did not, i'm sorry I couldn't answer your question.

The PC version is purchased exclusively from the Minecraft website.

If you are using the Yogbox that is included in the Technic pack this is how you can add a texture pack... (Note: Instructions are for PC) Note: Make sure Minecraft is not running when you do this Step 1: Download the texture pack Step 2: Click on the start button and in the search box type in "run" (without quotation marks) Step 3: In the box that pops up type "%appdata%" (no quotation marks) Step 4: Open the .technicpack folder Step 5: Find the yogbox folder and open it Step 6: Open the texture pack folder and place the downloaded pack inside Step 7: Open Minecraft and find the texture pack and select it from the list
You just download the Server.exe from Minecraft.net or you can download Bukkit. Then, you just host it and add whatever you want to add in it.
