How do you access a Unicorn you downloaded off the exchange in Sims 3?

In the Launcher, find it under downloads and click the box, a tick should appear. Then click download. Once it's downloaded boot up Sims 3 and in Create a Sim (CAS) there is a button with six people on it where the build/buy things are in game. Click it and a list of people should come up. If you've downloaded the uni correctly, find it in the list and click it. It'll come up as the current Sim you're creating. You can edit its colours, shape, name, etc as you would a normal horse.
For you to be able to download a unicorn you must have Pets installed.

Go to the pre-made sims bin, and you should be able to pull them up there.And for the lots, you have to go to the tab on the main menu that says Edit Town. At the bottom of the screen there should be lots that you can place. That is probably where they're hiding.
