Follow This Steps:

1. Go To The Group Where You Want to Accept Requests

2. Click The 3 Dots Beside Your Group and Click "Configure Group"

3. Select Members on The Selection Side (Left) on PC's and Laptops and Under The Message "Configure " on Phones

4. Select Requests

5. Their, You will See all The Join Requests, Select Accept if You Want for The Person to Join Your Group and Decline If You Don't.
