shadowfreakfanyes if your using mac or PC i am not really sure but the mac one i do know you can try the steps from the mac way on the PC way but not sure if it will work kk here are the steps (mac) 1. open toontown launcher and log in with your first account and wait for toontown to open then pick ur toon do not log your first account in from the website!
2.the toontown launcher should have your account and password still there when u open it and it wont let u type in it so close it and go onto the website www.toontown.com then log in on the website then open toontown launcher now w8 for it to load then ta da its down then you should have two accounts open on your mac / PC if dose not work email me at shadowfreakfan@live.com

Yes. When you visit the website look above the play button. It should say Hello, Guest then below that it will say Log In or Join. Click Join and fill out the fourm with the required info. When done you will be sent into ToonTown where you can make one (1) toon until you pay for an account.

Definitely. I have one and it runs fine. It doesn't run SO smoothly, but it is not annoying and is good enough to play. I recommend it if you want to play Toontown on the go.
