Generally, no. Game mechanics only permit a player to Synchro Summon on their own turn. The only exception to this rule is the Urgent Tuning card which can be activated during your opponent's Battle Phase as well as your own .Urgent TuningAttribute: TRAPProperty: NormalActivate only during the Battle Phase. Synchro Summon 1 Synchro Monster. (Send the appropriate Synchro Material Monsters to the Graveyard.)Now you can because since there was a new form of synchro summoning call accel synchro which allows you to summon one when it your opponents' turn at anytime on that turn but you must have the requirements on the field first before doing an accel synchro summon.
Synchro Summoning is when you summon a white colored monster card(synchro)from your extra deck.To do this, you need to send specific monsters(listed on the card) to the grave yard, or use a card effect. The same rule applies to fusion and xyz monsters

You get Fairy synchro monsters in Hidden Arsenal. That's the only one I know so far.
The 'Dark Synchro' monsters as depicted on the anime, do not exist in the real card game. All the 'Dark Synchros' that have been released as real cards, have all been released as regular Synchro monsters instead. So cards like Underground Arachnid, Zeman the Ape King, etc, are summoned like regular synchro monsters.
You can use Solemn Judgment on the summon of one of your own monsters, if you wish.
If you are talking about yugioh card maker, that is just for fun, there is no way to have that card made.
First you make a yugioh card on the yugioh maker. Then you highlight the card. you then right click on the yugioh card and one of the options is to save as and you push that. then you type in what you want to call it. then go to your file and find the name that you called it. then you push the name two times then a picture comes up of your card. you highlight that then right click it and a option is to is to print picture and you push that
No.You can put monsters in the graveyard only when your monsters are defeated.
No. LIGHT is not a Type. It is in fact a Monster Attribute. There are, however, several LIGHT-Attribute Synchro Monsters in Yu-Gi-Oh!.
Synchro Monsters can be summoned from the Extra Deck (formally known as the Fusion Deck) by a Synchro Summon.A Synchro Summon can only be performed with one Tuner Monster and one or more face-up, non-Tuner monsters you control (with XX-Saber Gottoms as the exception, who can be Synchro Summoned with more than one Tuner Monster). You can tell if a monster is a Tuner by looking at the card type and seeing "/Tuner" next to it. For example, you can tell Junk Synchron is a Tuner since its card text shows "[Warrior/Tuner]".In order to Synchro Summon a Synchro Monster, the Levels of the monsters used must equal the Level of the Synchro Monster. For example, Gaia Knight - the Force of the Earth is a Level 6 Synchro Monster. That means Junk Synchron, a Level 3 monster, would need a monster(s) whose Level equals 3 to Synchro Summon that Synchro Monster (or any other Level 6 Synchro Monster for that matter). Once you have met the requirements, you can send the monsters from the field to the Graveyard and Synchro Summon the Synchro Monster (this still counts as a Special Summon).Just remember, unlike Gaia Knight - the Force of the Earth, who doesn't have any specific requirements besides a combined Level of 6, some other Synchro Monsters do. Some require specific Types, Attributes, Archetypes or monsters to be used.
get a dark signer to be your partner, go to the card shop, once there a card pack will have appeared, if you buy enough you will find dark synchro monsters in it.
