- Open the Sticker Book
- Click on a user's name (green name)
- Click Report and press Esc at the same time.
- The Report window should come up. (You should be able to move with this.)
- Go in the party place
- Close the report thing
- Press the Close button on the party place thing and esc at the same time.
- (Options thing should come up) Press Exit Toontown
- Click yes
- Press Control
