Hello there! I'm 15, and I have been on Roblox since 2015. I don't think you should play. Since when I started playing, the games and Roblox community are fvck3d up and toxic. But, if u still want to let your mother know u want to play, I suggest acting. I've been acting for my mom to let me play Roblox. Tell her that you won't talk to strangers and don't give any info to ANYONE. Tell her that you'll only talk to ur friends. Also, do chores, clean up after pets, and behave. A couple weeks later, ask her if u could play. If she says no, tell her there's educational and fun games. If she still says no, show her what you'll do on the app. If she still says no, ask her in the future and still do your chores and homework (get good grades too, it helps!). Don't forget to act nice too!
