It's easy :)
All you do is press "Control, Shift, C" and then a box will appear at the top of the screen.
Type in the box: Testingcheatsenabled true
Then hold 'Shift' down and click the sim you want to change traits.
It will come up with some options.
Click 'Modify traits'.
