Just go to the .minecraft folder and go to the texture packs folder and delete the zip file. If the texture pack is inside minecraft.jar, too bad for you. You'll just have to make a recovery folder for your saves, delete all the minecraft files and re-download the game.
I think as of 1.6 and above (final game, not beta) the resourcepacks folder is now where you put or remove the Texturepacks. There is also no more .bin folder to worry about. Do not fool with any of the other folders as Mojang has pretty much done a rewrite of most of the game so there are only a couple of folders you can change things in now.
Don't forget to save your world saves folder before you reinstall Minecraft, you may also want to do a search on which folder you need to save for all your experience points, statistics, Achievements, etc, if you want to save them.
On a Mac go to your User Library, Application Support, minecraft folder, everything is in there.
If you mean how do you go back to the original texture then just go to the Options... menu, then select Resource Packs..., and select Default before you enter a game. You can go back and forth without any problems.Don't forget it has to be de-compressed by Minecraftwhen you select the texture pack so depending on if you have a "realistic" type HD texture it could take quite a few seconds to go from the Default texture pack to the new one.If you want to get rid of the newer one then go to the folder you put the new one in and remove the texture pack to the trash.

In 1.7.4,User Library folder/ Application Support/ minecraft/ resoucepacks folder-- take out the texture pack you don't want anymore. It will then use the default textures when you start up next.
Go into minecraft, click "Mods and texture packs" then click default. If you did not install the texture pack by dragging the texture folder into the Mods and texture packs folder then we might have a problem. If you installed the texture pack by dragging the files with 7-Zip or WinRAR into your minecraft.jar then you will have to start up minecraft, but before you log in, click "Options" then force update. THIS WILL ALSO DELETE ALL MODS YOU HAVE ON!
I'm not sure if there is one, but to remove your XP without a mod, just empty your inventory in a chest and die. You will spawn back at your house without the XP.

Go to Start -> Run -> type %appdata% Delete the folder titled: .minecraft Go to wherever you keep the Minecraft launcher (The icon is the block of dirt) and run it! To change Chaos's texture in Sonic Adventure DX on PC without it flashing colors, you will need to edit the texture file directly. Remove any color cycling or animated effects from the texture, ensuring it remains static when displayed in the game. Save the texture file in a format compatible with the game's engine to achieve the desired result.
