no probably not the 3000 is an up grade from the 2000 so it has different internal connectors even tho the screen is the same size it wont be able to be done without modification's.
You can copy games from one PSP memory stick to computer and then copy to another PSP's memory stick. Make sure you put the game on the folder 'GAME' on the memory stick.
You can't put a UMD game into a PSP Go, but PSN games will work on both.
if your psp 3000 that you bought has a game and movie that comes with it then play the game or watch movie first. After maybe you can put photos, music and videos in your psp throught the computer

Hands down in my opinion psp 3000. u cant just buy disks for the psp go. if u buy the card for the psp go u have to go online to put the game on. also it is smaller. and it just doesnt have the feel of the original psp.
