== If you have Hm cut then yes. Go near the place before you get to Pewter city and then use cut on one of the small trees. After go up that path and youll find a cave called Digletts cave. Go in and find your way through. After your out, go left and keep going until u get to Vermillion city, it will just take a second. Hope that helped. K bye.[== ===
