EDIT: That isn't ENTIRELY true. You CAN get Pokemon from sinnoh, but it is by means of playing certain songs on your poketech in different routes. I would look on serebii for more answers.

you can catch some of the sinnoh pokemons, but you can't go the the Sinnoh region
