Easy, you just buy a pamphlet from Roland (it costs 50 Simoleons), you go in the kine dairy, talk to the guy next to the door and answer his questions (the questions are about the pamphlet so you better read it), if you get everything right, he will let you in and once you get in, you go left, you will see a door, enter it, go to the bathroom there, talk to the guy in the bathroom, he will tell you to do 3 things, do them and you will be part of the kine society!
