I don't know where to find Glalie in the Gameboy Pokemon games, but I can tell you how to get Glalie in Pokemon Platnium for D.S! To get Glalie in Platnium, you have to go to Rout 217 (which is the way to SnowPoint City), and catch a male or female Snorunt.They only come out at night in Platnium.They come out at anytime in Pokemon Diamond and Pearl.Catch one and evolve it and iit will turn into Glalie
