Rotom can breed because it isn't a legendary. I've been hearing this everywhere and decided that even though I don't have Pokemon Platinum, I know that Rotom is not a legendary and can be bred. Plus, the egg group that it is in is Amorphous, and the steps for a baby Rotom to hatch is 5,376 steps. You can breed it with a Ditto, or any Pokemon in the Amorphous egg group. Have fun breeding!
