Go into the shop, then press the "Couple" tab. There should be clothes and rings. 2 rings cost cash but the other 2 cost GP. The clothes cost cash (OUT OF TOPIC). Then go to the Park (any Square) and right-click and press become couple. If it says "See Couple Window" that means they have a couple. You can go with your friends if you want and become a couple.
