I would guess a boot
you can't. It just won't work with the newdsi the problem is that the dsi blocks anything that tries to bypass the main menu like an action replay, r4, m3 , tt and others (all don't work) the only way to make an r4 work on the dsi is to somehow flash the r4 and rewrite the boot function, which is what they did with the r4dsi and other dsi flash carts. P.S. i wouldn't buy a new "dsi flash cart" until i knew that it would work with dsiware, dsi-enhanced and dsi-exclusive games. happy hacking!
Some boot camp names that start with the letter d are defuegos in California and delmon in Colorado

Action Replay is, in fact, a game cartridge that $24.99. To use it, as I assume you're asking, you must complete the following steps.... 1. Insert the Action Replay cartridge and boot up your DS. 2. Wait five or so seconds, and take out your Action Replay game WITHOUT turning off your DS. 3. Insert your DS game (in this case, Pokemon Diamond) and start the game. There will be a star; click on it and put in one of the billions of codes you can find online. That's it!
you have to have an action replay then enter the game code found on the screen when you boot it up then you can go on-line and look for a code, but i don't think you can sorry :(
Put the Action Replay DSI cartridge in your dsi. Then, put the game you want it to help you with on the top. Go to the menu and you should see GAME AND WATCH COLLECTION go to that and wait for the game list to load. Double tap codes and you should see the name of the game. Tap OK and there should be preset codes. Check the codes you want and double tap ok. Boot the game with codes and it should work. To add more codes just look up cheat codes for whatever game you need cheats for.
First you turn on the power with the action replay IN. Then, you selact the game, hit a on it, and select the codes you want(no limit). Then you take the action replay out and insert the game. On the lower screen, it should say "Start". Touch that and the game will start with the codes selected.

Your answer depends on who owns the location where the car was clamped. If the car was parked on a public street that serves condominiums, and the boot action was taken by local law enforcement, this action appears to be legal. If the car was parked on a roadway owned by the association, and local law enforcement has open access to the roadway, the boot action may be legal. With proper documentation, local law enforcement may have clamped a car on association property legally. If you believe that your car has been illegally clamped, best practices dictate that you hire an attorney who can help you sort through the details to determine the legality of the boot action.
